Who
is Asian Access?
Asian
Access is an interdenominational evangelical organization
that works throughout Asia to identify leaders who serve as
pastors of growing churches. We develop them with a total
learning experience that is truly life-on-life and shapes
the heart, head and hands of these "field commanders"
for the Kingdom! This is something truly strategic.
Why
"Asian Access"?
The
name "Asian Access" was selected in 2002 as the
corporate identity for this growing ministry of leader development.
The name identifies the geographic focus of the ministry.
It also represents the vision of the ministry to give exceptional
emerging Asian leaders access to the same caliber of leadership
training as that of a North American pastoral leader would
have. The name also represents a commitment to give leaders
of the church in North America access to teaching and learning
opportunities in Asia, and, ultimately,
to give a growing number of men, women, and children across
Asia access to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The
Need
35
people a minute, 50,000 a day come to Christ in the countries
where God has called us to minister, and strong leaders are
few and far between. The development of strong, effective
pastor/leaders is an urgent need in Asia, where we will be
faced with 1,500,000 new believers by 2020. Even with this
growth, the area of the world where the Lord has us working
holds 60% of the world's population, 85% completely unreached
with the gospel.

see a vibrant company of servant leaders with vision, character
and competence leading the church across Asia.

Mission
To
identify, develop and release emerging kingdom leaders to
unite the church, multiply leaders and congregations, and
extend the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our
Motivation
Asian
Access is motivated by a conviction that our investment in
the development of top caliber leaders will be multiplied
through the maturation of those leaders and growth in the
churches they lead. Furthermore, the investment will be leveraged
as their influence expands to provide inspiration and guidance
for a greater number of leaders at the next tier.
